Contract Purchase

Contract Purchase is a popular alternative to contract hire, providing many of the same benefits, but giving you the option to buy the vehicle at the end of the contract.

Vehicles are provided through fixed monthly instalments over a defined period and mileage, with a final balloon payment. We take the residual risk leaving you with two options at the contract end:

• Purchase the vehicle by making the final balloon payment, or
• Return the vehicle and receive a guaranteed residual value payment, which can be used to offset against the final balloon payment.

Contract Purchase may be a suitable option for those companies who are fully or partially VAT exempt. It can be combined with a number of other optional services provided by Leasedrive such as:

• Fuel card management
